We would like to kindly remind you about the nomination / application period for the Autumn term, 2021 / 2022.

Note! If you have already nominated your students via email, PLEASE BE SO KIND TO NOMINATE THEM VIA THE SYSTEM. Only the students nominated via the system will receive information on application procedure. We sincerely apologize for this extra burden.

Choose “Programme countries” as an Exchange Programme for nomination.

Regarding the deadlines currently provided for nomination and application submission, we would like to reassure you that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Vytautas Magnus University will consider specific cases where it will be necessary postpone the deadlines.

COURSES

Students can select the courses from different faculties at VMU but the majority of them should be selected from the faculty which is included in the bilateral agreement between VMU and home university. If the student have any questions regarding the selection of courses, they may contact Academic coordinator at VMU.

Semester dates: - Fall - Spring	In the State University of Applied Sciences in Wloclawek the academic year consists of two semesters: a Fall and a Spring semester of 15 weeks duration (including holidays) each. Classes for the Fall semester commences at the beginning of October and classes for the Spring semester commence in the middle of February. Each semester or session commences with the students registering for a number of courses and ends with the examinations period covering all of these courses. Erasmus students can join the institution in the Fall or Spring semester session to study any of the institution’s programs of study. The academic calendar provides information on important dates in an academic year, such as when semesters begin and end, registration periods, examination weeks and holidays.
