Training Assignment (STT)

Training Mobility (STT) supports academic or administrative staff to join training, job shadowing, workshops, or structured learning activities at a host institution/organisation. The aim is to strengthen professional skills and institutional capacity, and to contribute to internationalisation, digitalisation, and quality processes.

Who can participate?

• Academic and administrative staff of the university.

Typical STT activities

• Job shadowing and best-practice visits (international office, QA, student affairs, library, project office, etc.)
• Training courses and workshops
• Capacity-building visits focused on institutional processes

Key principles

• The activity must follow a pre-approved Mobility Agreement (STT).
• Post-mobility dissemination (short report/presentation) may be requested.
