This section brings together guide materials for students and staff participating in Erasmus+ mobility. The guides aim to explain each step clearly from application to completion of mobility, support effective planning, and provide practical pathways for the most common situations.
Outgoing Students Guide
The outgoing student guide covers eligibility, selection procedures, grants and finance, course selection and Online Learning Agreement (OLA), academic recognition, visa and insurance, accommodation planning, and mobility closure. It supports students in preparing before departure, managing the mobility period effectively, and completing closure procedures after return.
Incoming Students Guide
The incoming student guide provides guidance on Kilis and campus life, application and registration steps, academic calendar, course catalogue, accommodation and living costs, visa and residence procedures, orientation programme, buddy system, and mobility closure. It aims to help incoming students adapt quickly and complete academic and administrative procedures smoothly.
Staff Mobility Guide
The staff guide covers the application process for Teaching (STA) and Training (STT), grant rules and duration, activity planning, required documents, reporting, and closure steps. It presents a systematic overview of tasks to be completed before and after mobility.
OLA (Online Learning Agreement) Guides
OLA guides explain how to prepare the learning agreement, follow the approval workflow, manage course changes during mobility, and connect OLA to academic recognition after mobility. Since OLA procedures at our university are conducted via EWP, the guides are structured accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Guides
FAQ guides provide short, clear, and up-to-date answers to the most common questions. Separate FAQ pages for student and staff mobility are among the most practical resources for quick orientation.
