Staff mobility calls are managed by the International Relations Office / Erasmus Office according to transparency and equal opportunity principles.
Step-by-step
- Follow the call: quota, timeline, priorities and conditions are announced.
- Choose a host: partner institution for STA; suitable host for STT.
- Invitation/Acceptance: obtain a document confirming the activity type and dates.
- Mobility Agreement: prepare and submit STA/STT plan for approval.
- Evaluation & results: applications are assessed and results are announced.
- Grant documents: agreements and administrative procedures are completed.
- Travel preparation: visa (if needed), insurance, travel and accommodation.
