Grants and Duration

Erasmus+ staff support typically includes travel support and individual support (daily subsistence). The grant is a contribution and may not cover all costs.

Duration (general framework)

• Activities are planned within the minimum/maximum duration rules depending on the activity and destination group.
• Final duration and grant are calculated based on the Certificate of Attendance.

Travel support

• Travel support is calculated using the European Commission distance-based approach.
• “Green travel” and inclusion-related conditions may allow additional arrangements.

Payment schedule (office practice)

• 80% is paid before the mobility, and the remaining 20% after the mobility.
• Final payment is confirmed after checking the Certificate of Attendance and closing documents.
