Who Can Apply?

Students enrolled in full-time degree programmes at Kilis 7 Aralık University at associate, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral level are eligible to apply for Erasmus+ Student Mobility. Students registered in distance learning, open education or certificate programmes are not eligible for Erasmus+ mobility.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

• Be enrolled as a full-time student in a degree programme at Kilis 7 Aralık University
• Maintain active student status during the mobility period
• Meet the minimum academic performance requirements:
  • At least 2.20 / 4.00 for undergraduate and associate degree students
  • At least 2.50 / 4.00 for master’s and doctoral students
• Not have exceeded the maximum Erasmus+ mobility duration of 12 months per study cycle (associate, bachelor’s, master’s or PhD)

Erasmus+ offers two main types of student mobility:

• Study mobility (taking courses abroad)
• Traineeship mobility (undertaking an internship abroad)

These two types can also be combined within the same study cycle.

The Erasmus+ programme is based on the principle of equal opportunities. Students with disabilities, socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds, children of martyrs and veterans, and students affected by natural disasters may receive additional support and priority during the selection process.
