At our university, most Erasmus+ applications are submitted online via the Turna Portal. Therefore, instead of downloadable “application forms”, this page primarily provides process documents that help you complete your application accurately and follow each stage of the mobility.

General Workflow

1. Read the call: timeline, quotas, eligibility, and selection criteria
2. Apply via the Turna Portal: complete all required fields carefully
3. Documents & checks: upload/check the requested documents in the system
4. Evaluation & results: follow the announcement of results
5. After selection: grant procedures, OLA, visa/insurance, travel planning, orientation
6. Mobility closure: return documents, reporting, and financial closure (if applicable)
