How grades are expressed at Kilis 7 Aralık University and how grades obtained abroad are converted.
Kilis 7 Aralık University (K7AU) uses a letter-grade system on a 4.00 scale. For Erasmus+ mobility, grades are converted through the ECTS grading scale: host-country grade → ECTS grade → K7AU letter grade. Incoming students receive a Transcript of Records showing K7AU letter grades and ECTS credits; outgoing students’ grades are converted using the tables below.

How the conversion is applied: after mobility, the departmental Erasmus coordinator completes the Course Recognition Form (F03) using these tables, and the conversion is finalised by a decision of the relevant academic unit and recorded in the student’s transcript. The full table, including notes, is available on the Turkish version of this page.
